Job Description:

Mota is seeking an experienced product manager to help us tackle the next step of our growth. In this role you will analyze the market for new features, formalize requirements, work with all aspects of the company and play a crucial role on our team.

Candidates must be able to work out of our office in Venice Beach, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product development lifecycle
• Specify product requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, product analysis, usability and live-site testing, supported by feedback from our customers.
• Assist in the development of the product roadmap and upsell plan
• Work with creative design team
• Define and write detailed product requirements
• Work with customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Define and monitor critical business metrics and make recommendations on how to improve product success based on those metrics.
• Share and present your knowledge to other Mota employees, management and partners.
• Work with Mota's partners on all issues related to the products under management

Qualifications:

• 2+ years product release experience at an online company
• Knowledgeable in online technology.
• Ability to interpret and ideally capture site performance metrics
• Proven ability to link the operations/business objectives with the technology requirements
• Agility to work in a growing company with changing needs and responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with agile product development processes or SCRUM a plus.
